Suffering from muscle pain below-the-knee? You may have reduced blood flow caused by a condition known as Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD).
The most common symptoms of PAD are muscle pain, cramping and discomfort below the knee. Left untreated, PAD can lead to non-healing ulcers, gangrene and even amputation.
The Leg Pain Ultrasound Study is evaluating whether treatment with the VibratoSleeve™, a noninvasive therapeutic ULTRASOUND device, improves blood flow below the knee in people with PAD.
Participants who test positive for insufficient blood flow below-the-knee and who meet all other eligibility criteria will receive 45 treatment sessions with the VibratoSleeve™. Each session lasts 90 minutes and can take place in a clinic or at home.
